Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny in 1950 on the 3rd day of February is an American actress. The 1980s were when she became a household name through her performances on various television shows. She was known for her glamorous portrayal. Fairchild was first noticed in The CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. She made her debut on the primetime soap opera Dallas as the first actress to portray Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). The show was a short-lived ABC primetime comedy Paper Dolls. In the following season in 1985-1986, she played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also a performer in the theatre, and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she received an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series.
